Mask mandates had near zero effect on China Disease rates of infection

We're fully vaccinated and getting on an airplane for the first time in a year. I hope they keep the antivax riff raff off the plane.
Why does this matter to you? You've been fully vaccinated. Does the vaccination that you received not work? Is what you received not a vaccine?

I got my second dose of MRNA yesterday.
Okay.

Gotta say I feel achy and have a slight headache. That's good.
Feeling like shit is good?

I'm ramping up my antibody production.
Don't YOU feel special?

Just doing my part to stay off a vent
covid-19 infection does not necessarily lead to being placed on a ventilator.

I'm doing my part to stay off of a ventilator... I am:
eating healthier than I used to eat
exercising to stay in decent physical shape
not living my life in a state of stress
not living my life in a state of fear
regularly going outside and getting exposed to sunlight
being mindful of my vitamins C, D, and zinc intake

and for herd immunity. :good4u:
Herd immunity is not about vaccines. It is about a population's exposure to a transmissible disease. Yes, vaccines are a useful tool, but they are not in the slightest bit necessary for herd immunity to occur, and refusing to get vaccinated does NOT in any way/shape/form "hinder" or "block" herd immunity.

So you don't want people that haven't taken the vaccine on the same airplane with you? You are only admitting that you don't think the vaccines work.

I can’t wrap my brain around that either.
When people are living in a state of fear, they lose all sense of rationality.

Yesterday, after work and on my way home, I decided to swing by a grocery store because they had ground sirloin and honeycrisp apples on sale. I, per usual, was the only person in the liberal-dominated area who was not playing the compliance cloth game (during that specific time, anyway... I've witnessed others in that store in the past who have likewise refused to play the game). The first lady who I came across in the store, upon seeing me without a mask on, literally froze in place like a deer in headlights, stared me down as if I were a leper, and scootched over as far as she could within the isle, not moving again until after I had walked by her. It is truly sad to see people living in such a state of media-induced fear.

Yes, there is a mask wearing requirement in that store's locality. No, none of the store employees/owners have ever said anything to me during this whole covid hoax other than treating me in the same manner that they treat any other customer.

WV isn’t quite that bad lol.

Most people here obey the mask edict but I stopped some time ago. When I walk into a store it’s not uncommon to see another rebel. Check that, it’s uncommon if I *don’t* see another one. So there’s enough of us around that no attention is paid to it.

Interestingly, I’ll stop by and see my former healthcare buddies from time to time and they are over it lol. I wore my mask into the hospital [they won’t let you in without one] but once I made it back to my old department no one was wearing them. Though it was evening shift and they likely have ‘enforcers’ during the day, so yeah.

Oh, you’re such a rebel
