When people are living in a state of fear, they lose all sense of rationality.
Yesterday, after work and on my way home, I decided to swing by a grocery store because they had ground sirloin and honeycrisp apples on sale. I, per usual, was the only person in the liberal-dominated area who was not playing the compliance cloth game (during that specific time, anyway... I've witnessed others in that store in the past who have likewise refused to play the game). The first lady who I came across in the store, upon seeing me without a mask on, literally froze in place like a deer in headlights, stared me down as if I were a leper, and scootched over as far as she could within the isle, not moving again until after I had walked by her. It is truly sad to see people living in such a state of media-induced fear.
Yes, there is a mask wearing requirement in that store's locality. No, none of the store employees/owners have ever said anything to me during this whole covid hoax other than treating me in the same manner that they treat any other customer.
