Pro-choice doctor shot & killed

Maybe you can go to the logical fallacies website now and read up on that. :)

What is a logical fallacy about pointing out that on one topic you refuse to judge someone because they should be considered innocent until proven guilty and yet you claim this murder was justified after the doctor was found not guilty in a trial?

Actually, I advocate protection of the innocent and punishment of killers. It's really as simple as all that. :)

The problem is that abortions are not illegal. Killing the doctor was. What he did as an abortionist is sick and evil, but justice is not served by breaking the law, but by changing it.

Now that is the way it should be approached. What is legal is legal. We are a nation of laws.

It shows a rather blatant disregard for the rule of law but I have noticed that this does not seem to be an important point to those on the far right. I submit to you Guantanimo as more evidence of how those on the far right disregard the rule of law. Now I see that SM is advocating murder of physicians who don't agree with his ideology. Frightening isn't it?

Exactly!! No matter how we feel about an issue we must not decieve our selves via an "ends justify the means" mentallity into disregarding the rule of law.

He was being re-charged when he was killed. Do you even know what he was found not guilty of? It was in fact providing late term abortions without a valid (unbiased) second opinion (he used a staff member). The new charges that were filed were for the same reason. The guy was basically a baby killer.

The justice system should have been allowed to prevail. Instead we have some passionate vigillante giving anti abortion advocates a bad name.

It is very frightening.

Guantanamo was not is not illegal.

Yes the justice system should have been allowed to prevail. Instead we have this murderer being called a "patriot" and his actions defended. That is what I was talking about. I don't like what the doctor was doing at all. But I cannot see his being gunned down as anything but a cold blooded murder.

In a country where killing innocents is rewarded, normal rules of behavior have broken down. That is the basic argument against abortion and why there can be no compromise.

Apples and oranges. Had the dead doctor denied performing abortions?

Apples and apples.

You said you would not judge someone that it was up to a court of law to do so. And now you want to overrule a court of law because you disagree with their verdict.

I think Mottleydude was right I am wasting my time. You see your views as all powerful and should be obeyed while any trangressions against them are criminal. And you still go on about individual freedom.

The doctor was tried and found not guilty. He was about to be tried again. But some nutball decided to go into a church and murder him in cold blood.

We are a nation of laws. If you think murdering someone in a church is the sign of being a patriot then you need to have your head examined.

LMAO!

There's a real right-wing catch ladies. Sitting around, unshowered, in his wife-beater tee, scratching his balls with one hand, a beer in the other.

Periodically, his poor, self-hating wife makes a peep, and he comes out of his stupor to scream:

"REMEMBER WHAT I SAID ABOUT YOUR OPENING YOUR FUCKING PIE HOLE, BITCH!"

That's them there red-state family values. Ain't they cute? LMAO

OH-Please don't project any of your past relationshiips onto me.
You know; like the one were you had a cypber marriage with Prak, or the saran wrap sex talk with Tarzan (While Prak was in the other room), or like where you were having cyber sex with Prak (while you were still with Michael), or like the one where you had a cyber date with Prak and at the end he gave you $20.00 for cab fare. Everyone knows what the $20 was for.

Just remember that I saw both an earlier picture and a more recent picture of you and life and alcohol have not been kind to you.

By the way; are you still tipping your head back and exposing your throat, when the terrorists COME??

Can you point out where I have stated this? :)

"Sometimes the justice system fails and Patriots have to deliver justice. This is such a case."

Are you going to claim that your use of the label "Patriot" was not meant to be if not admiration at least a compliment?

Are you going to claim that this is not you claiming the murder of the doctor is justice served?

I do. The majority of late term abortions are performed due to conditions like acute hydrocephalus which threaten the mothers life. Even the most cursory of research would provide you that information but I guess that's to much to ask a right wing partisan.

You couild have stopped, right after typing the word "majority".
And the reason for the rest were......................??

Without your numbers, the word majority means 50.00000001% and that would still leave unexplained 49.99999999%

I agree that some of his procedures were horrific. But he was tried and found not guilty in a court of law. Shooting him down is murder.

It finally seems everyone's gotten the rhetoric comments out of their system and maybe debate can finally begin.

I agree that this was a murder and the shooter can't claim that it was anything but cold blooded.
Why not limit the late term abortions, where there is no other option, to only times when the Mothers life is in danger??
And no partial birth abortions.

Comments??
