It may be true and maybe false. But no reason to believe it without verification.
It's the official standard of journalism that you need two sources, and that they can be anonymous. Everything Democrats have been caught lying about for four years straight has been them using this standard to deliberately misinform the public. Every time you cite CNN, NY Times, etc., you are citing anonymous sources, for basically everything they claimed about President Trump the entire time, almost all of which turned out to be intentional lies.
