I did notice the smiley face .. but "humor" about me and 12 year old girls doesn't actually qualify as humor. Putting a smiley face on dumb shit doesn't make it humor.

Rep points are meaningless and most certainly are not representative of the value of one's comments. Other sites have tried this and the result is just as meaningless.

Someone saying something someone else doesn't want to hear can hardly be rationally deemed a negative comment.

damo soc beefy and I knew this when they were being put into place. They were put into place for fun and for people to dick around with, not to take seriously. Most on this site recognize that, and have fun with them. Sadly the few that do take them seriously never shut the fuck up and are the most vocal.
