It has been 8 months since the election, there have been several hearings and in EVER instance the courts have said franken won. This is how this differs from Bush v Gore

the courts are what the problem is here in minnesota. bush, and gore are history, this is today. just about anything political that ends up in a minnesota court will more then likey be ruled in the lefts favor.

and to be honest, i belive this whole election between fraken and coleman and tink, is a lose lose situation. they all suck.

Second, since when is being a senator from Minnesota a respected position? I think Bill has more viewers/listeners per day than the state of Minnesota, and I am sure Bill O'Reilly pull's in a bigger paycheck than Al ever did or will.

Yes he was selected. If you don't like it, well tough shit. This was the precedent that was established by Gore vs Bush SCOTUS decision that handed Bush the presidency when it was clear that this was against the will of the majority of the American people. The conservative majority on the Supreme Court, in a partisan decision, selected George W. Bush as our 43rd President, so if you don't like Franken being "selected" you have them to thank for it.
