If I were a betting man I would go with upholding the Miss law and nothing more.
it puts the thing back in states hands and out of the federal realm as it should be.

if states want to take it further then they can but it will come via legislation and that will require the support of its citizens.

the other possible outcome is that it REALLY energizes conservatives of any stripe at every level of govt because they can see that it IS possible for govt to get it right.

Nope. If Roe v. Wade dies, I'd say 80% of the population won't give a shit. Of the other 20% the 10% on the Right that makes this a big issue will celebrate, while the 10% on the radical Left that make this a big issue will hate on it. That's pretty much a wash.

What will make a difference next election is $5 + a gallon gasoline, $500 grocery bills that should be $300, people getting ass fucked on trying to buy Christmas presents, the Joke administration making more draconian and endless Fauci plague mandates, open borders, rampant crime, and all the other bullshit and stupidity that the Left and Joke are doing. Abortion is all but a non-issue for the vast majority of Americans.

It is true that rightys value the right to privacy to keep the police away, until it comes to abortion. Then they want police into young girls' personal lives. They want to jail those who help them make their own decisions concerning their own bodies. They want the police all over someone else's life. They want a police state when it concurs with their own beliefs.
