I actually was talking about exactly this last night with my wife. Yes, I believe that this may happen if Roe v. Wade is wholly overturned.

However I also don't believe it will be, I think it is far likelier that the 3rd trimester limitation may be adjusted to an earlier week in order to meet current scientific data than a full overturn happening...

I'm interested in seeing what happens, really.

I would really be surprised if this court legislates a new limit.......more likely they will hold that the states have the right to set a limit in that state or hold that the limit set by Roe v Wade stands......
 
If the court does this then the Revolution will be determined to finish the job of destroying the court. Only We the People can save it, as we must in spite of the fact that they have turned in such shit work over the last few decades.

The voters who favor the murder of unborn children will still do so and the voters who want to stop the murder of unborn children will still do so.

A wash, so to speak.

An issue this important can not swing in the political winds.

Democrats will still hate Republicans and vice versa. Just more so.

The right to privacy and murdering unborn children are two different things, no moral equivalency whatsoever. The right of privacy does not mean that you can murder an unborn child...in privacy.

There are two bodies involved, not just one. In time, both have a separate heart, mind, arms, legs...it is a human being.
