Child support is part of what might be called a contractual obligation. Because it takes two to tango, so-to-speak, the man involved in creating a child is made responsible in part for that child's support when born.

The problem right now is, that the Left thinks and claims It's a woman's right to choose whether to have an abortion or birth with the man having no say in the matter. That means he has no contractual obligation to the outcome of that decision. But then the Left wants the man to suddenly be responsible if the child is born for paying to raise it.

Either the man has a say in whether the child is aborted or born and thus has some obligation to support that child, or the man has no obligation and is merely a sperm donor in the process and It's a woman's right to choose. That is, she is wholly and completely responsible for the child from conception to age of majority (18).

The Left wants it both ways in the woman's favor. They're wrong as usual.

All he need to do is give up his parental right.

His penis had a say in the matter. Up till the birth, he has no say in the matter because he is not the one carrying the baby. He can have his say in a courtroom after the birth.

Not true. He will still be responsible for child support under the current system. Then you don't believe in contract law, because what you are saying is that he gets drug into the contract after it has been carried out solely by the woman involved with no say from him.

It's interesting that Evince is advocating for the widescale taking of the lives of Black babies. Blacks are 13.4% of the total population of the US but represent 38% of all abortions in the US.
