The real world shows this is false - the exponential rate of infection ESPECIALLY omnicron
shows no real world difference.

I've resisted that line of thought as being too devious even for fascists like Fauci and Biden
But I can't refute it. whatever the motivations they just impose these horrid mandate.
firing first responders / masking up and closing schools for kids.

Desantis had it right. Protect the nursing homes, prioritize the elderly, open the schools and business and
put monoclonal stations all over Florida.
You literally sign on answer some question go to the site and you're good to go.

Forcing unwilling citizens to participate in a medical experiment by coercion is taking a torch to the Constitution. All three "mandates" have been struck down by multiple federal courts. History will not be kind to what we have witnessed over the past year. It is an utter travesty and blatant abuse of power.

the 6th just allowed it but it's not the Constitutional question ( as vile as it is from feds) -it's the reliance of "workplace emergency" of OSHA that is clearly over-reach
It treats workers the same as hazardous material :palm: to be controlled

People with normal intellects will jump to take an experimental "vaccine" with God knows what long term or adverse events, because they are being hidden.

The 6th allowed the large employer one but I think it is going to SCOTUS. The 2 others are still struck down.

Again, for what purpose? What is the end goal?

I am not afraid and I don't know anyone who is afraid. I don't feel "controlled". People are going about as if everything is normal. I went shopping at Walmart and Kroger superstores and it was just normal as usual.
 
There is only one way that you can argue that a virus spreads at the same rate in both vaccinated and unvaccinated populations. And that is to argue that the vaccine has a 0% efficacy. Anyone want to make that claim?

The OSHA one is not as bad as the CMS and Fed Contractor "mandates". The OSHA mandates allowed employees to opt out via either testing or PPE. The other 2 had no options - "get the jab or get fired".

no one argues that. vaxxing reduces the TIME of viral loading where it's sufficient to spread -but the viral loading can be the same .. In fact new studies show...
