So they don't get hospitalized at the same rate? God you are a simpleton. The fact is Florida has a much lower percentage of vaccinated people AND they have fewer vaccinated people per 100,000 COVID cases. According to you they should have 15 times more hospitalization for about 8% of their unvaccinated population. NY 71.5% - 63.1 = 8.4%

My question stands, if you look at the data, us mortality rate dropped between 2019-2020. So where are all the six hundred fking thousand covid deaths ya ask? Its a state to state direct comparison. Now what excuse for the difference are you going to make? Florida obviously protects their more at risk populations than NY does. Who cares if the not at risk population catches and recovers from COVID. The virus is going to virus.

They don't get hospitalized AT THE SAME POINT IN TIME AS THE CASES OCCUR. My God, if you can't figure this out, there is no hope for you. The question is how many of the cases that occurred TODAY will end up in the hospital a week or two from now. The only stat that matters when it comes to vaccines is the likelihood that a person winds up in the hospital. For every vaccinated person, TWELVE unvaccinated people end up in the hospital. It is what it is. You are probably a flat earther.

This likely goes right over your head, but here goes.

Florida had a 1,023% increase in Covid cases over the last week. Since these are BRAND NEW CASES none of them, or very few of them will have resulted in hospitalization AT THIS POINT.
New York had a 232% increase, meaning that most of New Yorks cases were older, and therefore more would have resulted in hospitalizations. It's logic and math. Of course the ratio of new cases to new hospitalizations will be much greater than Florida, because ALL OF FLORIDAS CASES ARE NEW. Get it, or do I need to draw you a picture?

I n the last 14 days NY had a 41% increase and Florida had a 21% increase. Both sets of data are for the same time period. You really are dumb Cumfart.
