Sure. All of it. Science deniers, anti-vaxxers, anti-globalists, climate change deniers, fascism apologists, etc. all share some level of ignorance, stupidity, and mental illness. They've also been bought, beaten, and chained by far right wing misinformation campaigns and the sewers of the internet. Education and proper care is and has always been readily available to all of them, but as my mom likes to say, "God helps those who help themselves."
The American alt reich is a lost cause. There really is nothing left to do except wait for them to die off or exterminate them when they finally make good on their incessant civil war threats.
