evince I can honestly say I haven't seen you trash the Palin girls, not saying ya didn't , but I didn't see it, but when a Host of a late night show cracks on kids it is wrong period

As for Palin's kid getting knocked up, there are how many girls getting knocked up, it happens, even to good families with stay at home Mom's that doesn't give you , me or anyone the right to tare that kid up,

I felt horrible for her daughter. I can only imagine how I would feel at seventeen to have my pregnancy splashed all over the national news, mother trying to force a marriage, boyfriend's mother a flake, not to mention all of the other children's reaction to all of this.
I feel for the children in all political families!

It is not outside their authority to protect them from unwanted attention, if they ask for and are granted the authority to do this from my pickle factory then they can.

I understand that we are Americans and believe we can do whatever we want, but you can't on my property.

If you feel that it was some form of unreasonable search and seizure you then have the ability to sue them, just as somebody can sue the cops. You cannot, however, assume you have some sort of authority over me in my property because you simply want to keep your phone, if you want to stay on my property you follow the rules that I set, even if they are only temporary rules. I can hire goons, I can let volunteers do it, but on my property if I give permission they can certainly remove you or temporarily take your phone until you leave.

If I didn't grant that permission, the First Lady would likely have eaten at a different burger joint.

Palin could have treated that situation with a bit more discretion for her daughters sake.

Those late night guys were talking about the adult girl who then went to work for a abstinace only group.

She made herself a public figure and was an adult.

As Obama's wife could of, she could of taken her girls to a park that was closed for a couple hours, how normal did these poor kids feel with all the hoop la going on around them

If Palin tried to hide it it still would of come out, so she showed the country and tried to show they were trying to do the right thing, I understand it didn't work, but at least she tried the right thing

Bush SS people did this and much more but it didnt bother you.

In summary the SS is charged with providing security for the president and his family and other digniturkeys.
Anything they percieve as a threat to their charges security is a violation of federal law and they can detain and arrest you for it.

btw didn't we assasinate someone with an exploding cell phone in the middle east a while back?

Seriously dude, if I owned a strip joint, and I had a rule for no cameras and you wanted to come in and see the show my bouncer would either frisk you and remove the phone or you wouldn't come in. It's as simple as that. These people had that same choice, leave or hand over your phone temporarily.
