U.S. Senate Unanimously Approves Marijuana Reform Bill

Never seen anyone who smokes a lot of cannabis make anything of themselves.
We already know Prohibition doesn't work and only right-wingers prefer to repeat historical mistakes while proclaiming in public venues they are not really like that, afterward.

Legal WA weed went down a lot in max thc a couple of years ago, it had to be by design....not sure if the state legally mandated it. I dont mind as I supplement with kief.
Dayum that sucks.

We have up to 32 % usually available, lots between 26 and 30.

Probably why Grind is on semi-permanent retirement.

I don't buy much because the stuff I grow is consistently 25%.

It's not that simple you simpleton. If it's legal, then using it is legal. The ramifications of that in terms of legal risk to employers and the public becomes very real. The biggest problem is that THC remains in your body up to 30 days after use.

So, if you are in an auto accident and used marijuana a week ago you still could be potentially libel under current laws in many states for it as a DUI / DWI. The same thing is very real for larger corporations with deep pockets. Would you want your workers to potentially open you up to lawsuits over their marijuana use?
Almost no one is going to do something they are morally opposed to just because it becomes legal.

If cocksucking for hire became legal would you start blowing other men?

The problem is the same one with alcohol. If marijuana is legal then the potential side effects have to be considered in terms of their potential for libel in property and personal damage if present. That is, like DUI with alcohol, marijuana now has the same issue. When marijuana was illegal any presence of THC would be sufficient to cause the user to be libel. With marijuana legal, what level of presence is considered "impared" as with alcohol?

The same goes for any other situation where a user might cause injury or damage to themselves to others. With legalization comes responsibility.

Weed was legalized in the Glorious Commonwealth of Massachusetts 12 years ago and in many other states since.
I am not aware of any such problems in that time.

Hardly.
I am well informed of local current events.
Perhaps you can provide some evidence of your claims.

There's more tar in marijuana than cigarettes

.

Yep, and marijuana is smoked unfiltered and down to closer to the butt of the joint than a cigarette. At least one British study I've seen says marijuana weight for weight is about three times more carcinogenous than tobacco.

These politicians are even more stupid than I thought. Don't they realize that once people get turned on they're never, ever, going to listen to them again ?

Haw, haw, haw, haw..............................haw, haw, haw...........................haw, haw..................................haw.

Define 'turned on', please?

So what?

It is none of your OR the government's business what I want to put in my body.

Now I am not big on dope - makes me paranoid.

But the government and the people have no business telling sane adults what they can and cannot smoke or drink.

Government puts both warnings and restrictions on use of tobacco because of its health risks. The same is going to have to be done to marijuana if its legal. The reason being is if these aren't in place, growers, sellers, etc., are all at risk of being sued for the resulting injuries (cancer etc.) resulting from use just as with tobacco.

And so the American Congress crawls towards common sense...at a literal snails pace.

Here is a simple solution?

Just make ALL recreational drugs legal.

And no you ignoramuses - it will NOT mean a gigantic increase in addicts or crime.
It will be no increase in addicts and a HUGE drop in drug-related crime.
No one is going to wake up the day they legalize heroin and say 'Gee...I think I will try heroin today.'
(as Ron Paul once said)
NO ONE.

Almost everyone who is against drug legalization is either some stupid, old fart whose idea of fun is 4 card Bingo.
Or some loser who is miserable and desperately wants everyone else to be miserable as well.

If we allow people to drink alcohol - as much as they want.
And we allow them to smoke cigarettes - as many as they want.
And to skydive, race cars/motorcycles/boats/etc., by huge amounts of guns/ammo and do other insanely dangerous pastimes.
Then we should allow them to legally ingest, recreational drugs...as much as they want.

If you don't agree?
Then you ARE either stupid and/or a staggering, ignoramus on the entire subject.
And don't waste my fucking time with some lame ass reply about a subject you know jack about.

Because I will not read it.

Thank goodness cannabis is practically a medicinal herb.

Alight fine...if that was your point.

Though no one - NO ONE with IQ's over 70 - pays ANY attention to those labels.

But fine...label the shit out of them.

Just make sure they are ALL legal.
