Please provide the evidence you have that proves Kennedy Killed her on purpose or left her to drown without trying to save her?
You do realize that there is evidence that he did try to save her along with his other guests?
They did not see the body in the car and no one was sure she didnt get out on her own.
Ted was in shock, that is a medical condition.

Ted was an excellent swimmer in good physical condition. The only reason he was in "shock" was that he saw his career going in the toilet. He probably got pissed of that this classy gal gave him the cold shoulder, he got in a liberal hissy fit (as he's so nicely demonstrated hundreds of time at the Senate podium), sped up the car and ended up in the water. He was more interested in saving his own skin then some girl who just refused his disgusting drunken advances.

I'm sure he hit his head on the steering wheel or windshield going in. It obviously didn't incapacitate him as he was able to swim out and walk home. And again, he was a relatively young man in good physical condition and an excellent swimmer. When I was that age you could have tossed me out a window and I'd get up and run back in, especially after a few drinks.
He was also a spoiled young man from a family that got their money illegally and were used to getting their way regardless of who was in the way. He felt entitled to some pussy that night and went bonkers when it wasn't happening for him. He's demonstrated over and over again emotional outbursts when people don't do what he wants and that's evidence enough for me. *shrug*

By the time he got himself out of the care she was likely already dead.

He was driving drunk, how many people think straight when they are drunk. How many of us have driven drunk at one time or another when we were in our 20's? How many of us have taken a passenger?
I have had several friends killed in such accidents. I do not hate the person that was driving the car, it could have been me. I have learned with time, not to drive drunk, I don't get drunk much anymore to begin with, but I won't lie and say I have never done it. I was just lucky when I did do it that I didn't hurt anyone!
If my parents had money, I am sure they would have done what they could to get me a fair trial and a light sentence, it is what we do as parents!
