The great white hope

Along with your obvious inability to interpret, should I also add an inability to read to your deficiencies?

Democratic Leaders
Congressional Leaders

Organizational Leaders

AND dummy, the argument was that the Democratic Party doesn't have minority leaders .. nothing about "foot soldiers". You dummies keep morphing the argument trying to find something you can prove.

I'm not a democrat .. they take black votes for granted and don't deliver.

That's not the same argument as there are no black leaders.
sorry dude....http://www.democrats.org/a/party/ourleaders.html

I don't want to waste to much time on the dumbness .. so start with John Conyers .. aka, number 13 on Nixon's enemies list .. AND one of the longest serving and most productive Members of Congress.

I have many others, but you can't get past Conyers .. so why waste time?
excellent example.....as you say, one of the longest serving and most productive members of Congress...(though to be honest, I'm from Michigan and I consider him a bit more an asshole than not)..for some reason his picture isn't on the Democratic party's website, is it.....if you go to the page with his name on it, you see a picture of Obama, lol................curiouser and curiouser.....has he ever been nominated as a party whip?....I know he hasn't been a speaker of the house.....has he ever been anything except another member of the "black caucus"?........how often is his name mentioned in the daily press compared to white democrats who've been around less.....

who are they....why don't the Democrats acknowledge them?.....

I have no desire to teach you elementary politics.

The Democratic Party not only has a Congressional Black Caucus, it also has a Congressional Hispanic Caucus .. both of which exist to further the agendas of their respective constituents.

How about you demonstrating how blacks are listened to in the Republican Party?

because the topic of this thread has been, why do the blacks listen to the Democrats when they aren't appreciated by them......if you want a different thread, start one.....

I'm from Michigan as well .. but his picture is on the Democratic Party website, just not on that page.

In fact, there is an entire page for African-Americans on the site ..
http://www.democrats.org/a/communities/african_americans/

Conyers was Chair of the Judiciary along with other noted positions of authority.

My argument is not that the Democratic Party doesn't take blacks for granted .. but that suggesting blacks aren't in positions of leadership within the party is just dumb.

Good question .. but the answer is because they're Americans.

ALL Americans are trapped by the same two-party quagmire that only exists to protect the system, not the people.

The Republican Party has become so repulsive .. justifiably so for African-Americans, that many see the Democratic Party as they're only alternative.

I don't share that false thought.

If you start the thread .. I will follow .. as long as thew conversation stays sane.

rity.

the point is, the Democrats don't give a shit about blacks in positions of leadership.....they are expected to vote and keep their mouths shut, meanwhile the leaders of the Democratic Party are white....

why?....I think the Republicans had the lead on some issues that were very good for the black community, like the school voucher program and job growth.....

There was no job growth .. school vouchers is bullshit.

There was a myriad of issues republicans could have addressed that would have given African-Americans some hope in them .. but they did not, nor will they ever.

Even the black republican you had couldn't take it anymore.

Why the facade about republicans caring for minorities?

You know that's not true.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

You do realize the leader of the Democratic party right now is a black man right?

Again, you repeat the same stupid argument.

When has the POTUS not been the leader of their party?

What you suggest is ridiuclous and demonstrates that the right is completely incapable of dealing with honesty.

The very reason republicans do not want blacks in their party is because we do not, as you suggest, keep our mouths shut.

How about you switching to the Republican Party and point out all the black leadership there. What are blacks expected to do there .. other than disappear?

what issues should have been addressed?

its race mongerers like you that need to be dispelled.....to claim republicans don't care about minorities is not true....and to hang your hat on one person is rather disingenuous.....

Perhaps I've just been giving you way too much credit.
