SCOTUS opinion leaked: Roe v Wade

And exactly how many brought guns to overthrow our nuclear powered government?

Well, if you read the Proud Boys indictments, they had guns stashed outside DC and were ready to bring those guns into DC.

Oath Keepers stashed weapons at hotel for potential Jan. 6 violence, prosecutors indicate

Also, you don't need to have a gun to be armed: they were armed with blunt instruments, they used flagpoles to beat people, they had bear and pepper spray, tasers, and they had an arsenal on call.

I wanted the government to drone the shit out of those Nazis.

I wanted to see Nazi blood.

But the only blood I saw that day was the DC police's.

WHAT?

Biden won by 8M votes, which you are alleging the Democrats manufactured...so why wouldn't they also manufacture the same margin for the House?

It makes no sense.
Biden won by about 40K voted in 3 key states Wisconsin 20,682, Georgia 12,670 and Arizona 10,457 coming from urban areas including Milwaukie and Atlanta and Phoenix. Take away those 40K votes and Biden loses.

11+ 10 + 16 = 37 electoral votes. 306 - 37 = 269 for Biden if Biden did take Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia You need 270 Electoral votes to win.

So they forgot to bring them with them for their insurrectionist assault on the Capital. Remind me again how many were armed with guns at the time of the riot? The DC police had tasers and guns.

No, they stashed them just outside the Capitol, on call.

They also brought all their non-firearm weapons with them, including bear spray, tasers, and flagpoles and bats they used as weapons.

Remind me again how many were armed with guns at the time of the riot?

Why do you think people can only be armed with guns?

How about this...how about we meet, and I bring a baseball bat that I use the beat the living shit out of you to prove that you don't need a gun to be armed?

Gonna take me up on that offer? I doubt it because you're a big 'ol fuckin wimp.

Because federal law has been written to protect the legality of abortion. Abortion was illegal in 1948.

Roe was ruled on in the 1973. Abortion is not illegal under Federal law and has never been illegal under Federal law. The current draft ruling clearly sends the decision whether to make abortion illegal back to the states. So let me ask you again. Why would they have to write a specific law to say an embryo and a fetus were legal victims in 2004 if it had always been the case prior to that?

Forever, the Dems have been lecturing us on the need for a few "reasonable restrictions" on the right to bear arms, for the good of society and to save lives.

For over two year, Dems and Biden have been lecturing us on the need for a few more "reasonable restrictions" on the right to bear arms, for the good of society and to save lives.

After ignoring burning and looting for two years, the Dems suddenly lecture us, and imprison us, after Jan 6th to revoke our right to "peaceably assemble" and "make our voices heard", for the good of society and to save lives.

For the last two weeks, we have had Dems lecturing us on the need for "reasonable restrictions" on our freedom of speech, once again, for the good of society and to save lives.

Now, all the sudden, they don't like the Supreme Court ruling to let the states decide what are "reasonable restrictions" on even the basic right to life?

I am kinda lovin' the meltdown. For the bots and any Dems that are stalking our forum, let me say, in case you haven't noticed, that all 3 branches of the federal government now are fenced and walled off in Washington, DC. dinosaur advice for Nancy, Liz, Adam x 2, and the Squad ... better let all the Jan 6th political prisoners out so you have room for all the real insurrectionists. By the time the real decision is announced, your half of America will be burned to the ground.

Shame on Democrats for leaking this, and for attempting to influence the courts in this manner! Is there a penalty for attempting to influence a court from outside a courtroom? I am not sure there is a law specific to this! No jury, so no jury tampering. No witnesses, so no witness tampering. The closest term I can think of is terrorism, or to quote the progressive Democrats, "domestic terrorism". Oh boy, I bet DOJ and FBI never saw this one coming!

Locally, here in Indianapolis, it was reported that the overturning Roe and Casey would allow states to outlaw abortion. It was NOT reported that such a ruling would return this decision to the State Legislature to legislate.

If the states outlaw abortion it is through the normal political process of the state legislature and governor to decide.

Sounds like accurate reporting.

Roe and Casey were both decided after the court ruled that married couples have a right to privacy, and that right was what led 8 of the 9 justices to rule that abortion was constitutionally protected.

Alito tossed that ruling on Roe, saying that the right to privacy doesn't exist because of historical context...that means the decision Roe and Casey were based on, Griswold v. Connecticut, is also overruled.

So you lied earlier.

You said there were about twice as many kids in foster care in 1970 as today, but that's completely wrong.

By the late 1970's, about 500,000 kids were in foster care...today, it's about 400,000.

So not only did the number of kids in foster care decline since the 1970's, after Roe, but the share of kids in foster care as a percentage of the population HAS ALSO DECLINED.

So why did you lie earlier?
Wrong Rosko  Check out the 3rd graph on this page.

https://www.johnstonsarchive.net/policy/adoptionstats.html

And there is this "In 2019, over 672,000 children spent time in U.S. foster care." https://www.childrensrights.org/new...n any given day, there, for five or more years.

Oh BTW you still haven't provided proof that I'm opposed to birth control . So every knows you are just a liar. You and Joe are kindred souls.
