Pelosi claims the committee is non-partisan because she picked Rep. Liz Cheney to sit on the committee. Cheney already said Trump incited the riot at the capitol.

Like most people who never dealt with government computer operations you don't seem to understand the government has two computer systems. A classified system that is completely isolated from the internet. And an unclassified system like you have at home that can connect to the net. That is the system that the SOS's used personal computers on. The problem comes when someone puts classified information on one. An example I send you an email that contains classified information. That information is available to anyone on the net. That is what happened on Hillary's watch.
It doesn’t matter how many systems they had, it was not illegal to use your own email account before 2014.

Liz then undermines the entire proceedings and Clown show by admitting that the protests were not spontaneous and that they had intelligence available before January 6th that identify plans to “invade the Capital”
If this is true, why did the DC mayor and Pelosi refuse Trumps offer for 20,000 national guard troops? If Trump planned, assembled and lit the flames, why would he authorize the national guard, which was rejected by Pelosi and Democrats, to protect the capital given the same intelligence of possible violence.
What we now know is that they, Democratic leadership, didn’t like the optics. Optics is a political decision, not a security decision.

Yes. In 2021, we had the strongest real growth of GDP in almost four decades, and after one mildly weak quarter this year, it looks like GDP grew again in Q2. That's going to make for tough sledding for the Democrats. The level of prosperity right now is near a record high. In fact, in terms of real GDP per capita, there's only one quarter in all of a American history when people were more prosperous than this (Q4 2021), and it's hard to convince prosperous people to vote for the party that fights upper-class tax cuts and defends social spending for the less fortunate.
Like most of the people who outsourced their thinking to Fox News, what you need to understand is that classified information wasn't supposed to be sent either through a private server nor through the public one she would otherwise have used. Her choice to use a private server was wholly immaterial on that front. The only question is whether there was any evidence she willfully sent classified information through a non-secured system, whether public or private. It turns out there wasn't any such evidence, which is why even the Republican head of the FBI had to grudgingly admit his herculean effort to find criminal activity for the benefit of his party-mate had come up totally empty. It's why, instead of advising indictment, he instead had to concede there was no legal basis for that, and instead he wound up abusing his public office to make non-legal criticisms of Clinton (e.g., characterizing her as careless, rather than citing any actual illegal behavior). The Republicans desperately hoped to find a basis for indictment, and used an unprecedented number of man-hours of taxpayer-financed labor to go line by line through tens of thousands of her emails, to see if there was any sign of illegal activity from her. Turns out there wasn't, and even their man in the FBI had to admit as much.
