20-year-old woman shot and killed while pushing her infant in a stroller in New York

Got any other U.S. examples besides 1/6 when the only person shot, was murdered by the State?

When police have no other suspects, the boyfriend/hubby is always the first suspect. We'll have to wait to see how it plays out.

Ashli Babbitt was a crazed terrorist shot attacking the Capitol. You are free to support her terrorism in words, but if you materially supported the Insurrection, you should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Agreed on the first suspect. Especially since she'd already made multiple complaints of domestic abuse. If guilty, I support the death penalty for her boyfriend; premeditated murder....but life without parole is more punishing and cheaper.

Your side tried to kill this democracy with violence

The American nation now hates you

You deserve that hate

Agreed that the Republican Party of the past is dead.

Disagreed on the Libertarian Party.

laissez-faire Is trash

That is the economic stance of libertarians

There is a good reason it’s a tiny party

They have shitty ideas

Unarmed 100 lb. Ashli Babbitt was murdered by the State for trespassing.

How do you think this so-called "insurrection" was going to play out? The guy with the horns was suddenly going to become president? Details please.

Well, if she was so terrified of the father, why did she arrange to meet him alone? But if this guy doesn't turn himself in soon, you may be right about him.

Again, you're free to support treason, terrorism and turning the US into a theocratic autocracy. I disagree.

Ashli Babbitt was a mentally ill veteran misled into attacking the Capitol by a wannabe tyrant and pedophile.

Members of the of the Libertarian Party (LP) are concerned about the Mises Caucus (MC) winning control of the party at the May 26 national convention, ushering in an era of collaboration between the U.S.’s largest third party and the hard-right movement inside the Republican Party.

That'll die with Trumpism. I expect a domestic terrorism bill to be passed once Trump's traitors and terrorists are convicted/put on trial. Something like a Patriot Act 202x.

The libertarian platform has racist elements Dutch

Wrong. Barry Goldwater was never accused of being a racist. He was known for supporting Black causes. Just not the CRA because he thought it was Federal overreach.

Agreed on Goldwater. That said, by today's standards, Goldwater, like Reagan, would be considered RINOs.

I don't think so. For example, Rand Paul is very popular with conservatives.

Since I was old enough to vote, I've always been a 3rd party supporter. While I consider myself to be moderate libertarian, I have supported Ralph Nader because of his anti gov't corruption plank.

Rand Paul is a Trumper.

I support smaller Federal government, but that's not the direction the Trumpers are moving; they want a theocratic autocracy. Notice how the Republican Party has moved away from their State's Rights ideology and have fully embraced a larger, stronger, all-powerful Federal government under Trump.
