They found her body in the parking lot.
It is quite a shock to watch business continue to go on.
What were they thinking when they didn't give us at least this day to get a bit of settled on us?
The parking lot of the business, half of our parking area is roped off.The parking lot of the business or where she lives?
We don't know yet.OMG... sorry to hear that. Do they have any idea as to why? or who did it?
We've heard conflicting information, some are saying the cops have arrested somebody, others are saying that there is a suspect based on video surveillance but no arrest.Wow. Any idea who the suspect is? It seems for safety reasons if nothing else people would stay away or do something other than just business as usual.

If the business showed more respect to its employees then the business would be better off in the long run. It's called BUSINESS .. where all that matters is the bottom line.
Would taking the day off to mourn help the bottom line?
If not, it's contrary to making money/business.
Sorry for the loss.
Damn straight. I sent my team home, they can come after me later or now if they want.If the business showed more respect to its employees then the business would be better off in the long run.

Damn, I am sure it is a shock to you. It's a terrible thing to have happened. Unfortunately, it is happening all over the US. It appears there are more crazies now than there ever have been.![]()

The thing of it is, the management is also effected and make more stupid decisions. So far none of them have faulted me for sending my team home. And the employees are not likely to be very productive today anyway. It's not the "bottom line," driving those sorts of decisions, but stupidity.
Makes me think of 9-11. We were all just watching the tv anyway, so they sent us home.
