They found her body in the parking lot.

It is quite a shock to watch business continue to go on.

What were they thinking when they didn't give us at least this day to get a bit of settled on us?

OMG... sorry to hear that. Do they have any idea as to why? or who did it?

Wow. Any idea who the suspect is? It seems for safety reasons if nothing else people would stay away or do something other than just business as usual.

We've heard conflicting information, some are saying the cops have arrested somebody, others are saying that there is a suspect based on video surveillance but no arrest.

We really have no idea, it isn't like the cops are talking to us.

It's called BUSINESS .. where all that matters is the bottom line.

Would taking the day off to mourn help the bottom line?

If not, it's contrary to making money/business.

Sorry for the loss.

I'm sorry.

I hope they catch who ever did this.

If the business showed more respect to its employees then the business would be better off in the long run.

Things that run through the mind...

"What if it was a nut job who has something against the company?"

"Was it a co-worker that did this thing?"

"Why do they think we'll be effective, some of the girls are still crying?"

"Why are these girls that are crying not just leaving?"

prob good idea. Any type of crazy events like yours or god forbid another 911.. my car turns around and i work from home.

Damn, I am sure it is a shock to you. It's a terrible thing to have happened. Unfortunately, it is happening all over the US. It appears there are more crazies now than there ever have been.:(

And the employees are not likely to be very productive today anyway. It's not the "bottom line," driving those sorts of decisions, but stupidity.

Makes me think of 9-11. We were all just watching the tv anyway, so they sent us home.

The thing of it is, the management is also effected and make more stupid decisions. So far none of them have faulted me for sending my team home.
