What is the opposition to the critical race theory

Wrong. CRT is a quack academic theory made up by radical Leftists and dedicated Communists to purvey a variant of Marxism tainted heavily with racism and class division. It has no redeeming value and is a worthless, idiotic set of nonsense purveyed by haters.

Why the hell would anyone who's rational support it?

The question here is really, why do you support it?

You are wrong wrong wrong! It is just one of many other controversial debate subjects used to give the students experience in debating controversial subjects in court.

CRT was created at Harvard Law School to be a "Debate Subject" used in class to teach students how to debate.

Harvard Law School takes no position on it's merit. Students debate the merit of the theory of CRT.

It simply asks it's students to debate whether prejudices against minorities exist in existing legislatures passed by Congress- or even individual state congresses!

So students debate, based on their legal knowledge and history of Congress, and state congresses, the plausibility of the theory!

It is a great debate subject that everyone has an opinion, and it may very well be based from a personal experience.

How do six year olds debate the theory of CRT?

Harvard does not ALLOW 6 YEAR OLDS to be a part of their student body.

When I was in High School, I took a Drama Class just for fun. We debated many subjects in class, as it was mainly a course on learning the art of debating.

I could see this debate subject being discussed in a DRAMA class. But, short of that, I see no reason why students would even debate the subject in class- most certainly in grade school or Jr. High School!

What you are implying, is that in your head, PUBLIC SCHOOLS EVERYWHERE MUST BE TAKING SIDES ON THIS ISSUE AND TEACHING STUDENTS THAT CRT ACTUALLY IS A REALITY AND NOT JUST A THEORY!

If you have any proof that PUBLIC SCHOOLS SOMEHOW are TEACHING STUDENTS THAT CURRENT LAW is unfair to minorities, I SURE WOULD LOVE TO DEBATE THAT SUBJECT WITH YOU!

Your theory is this- SCHOOLS ARE LYING TO CHILDREN ABOUT LAW AND PREJUDICES IN CURRENT LAW! BUT YOUR THEORY IS BASED ON LIES, and hearsay ACCUSATIONS THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN PROVEN.

I TOTALLY DISAGREE AND THINK YOU ARE OUT OF TOUCH WITH REALITY.

What you are trying to do, is start a politically MOTIVATED and racial grass fire, with the motivation to turn people away from public schools AND CHANGE WHITE PEOPLE'S OPINIONS OF MINORITIES to NEGATIVE, DIVIDE PEOPLE BY RACE, WHICH IS THE TOTAL THRUST OF THE white-wing TRUMP LED REPUBLICAN PARTY THESE DAYS.

This is patently wrong. Derrick Bell at Harvard Law came up with Critical Legal Theory from Critical Pedagogy and Disparate Impact Theory. It was Kimberly Crenshaw at UCLA Law (Crenshaw is also a Communist BTW), came up with Critical Race Theory by combining parts of Bell's CLT with her theory of Intersectionality. It is not a "debate subject." It is a theory that uses classic Marx substituting race for economic / class status within society.

Read her goddamned books! I have.

So, you are full of shit, and don't know the first thing about CRT or anything related to it.

they're shaming white children and role playing hating them for their race.

they're shaming white children and role playing hating them for their race.

It's worse than that. It's also social-economic shaming. It tries to instill that White children should expect to grow up with poor job and income prospects to atone for their inherent racism simply because of their race. It's nothing short of what the Nazis did to the Jews, Gypsies, and other ethnic groups they hated, or how the Japanese treated other Asian races at that time.

CRT isn't just wrong, it's evil.

Say many people like prof. John McWhorter!! You should read Woke Racism, maybe you can teach an old dog new tricks?

https://www.aei.org/articles/book-review-woke-racism-by-john-mcwhorter/

You've read what I have to say about WoKEMOLY racism.

I don't think we just wake up and realize we are racists.

It is something that just happens in this Animal world we live in.

Some animals will tolerate other animals, and some run for the hills because of others, and some will kill and eat others for survival.

But, we are all animals here on this planet Earth!

Humans should be smart enough to know that being racist to our fellow man is just wrong and only hurts us.

Doesn't mean we are asleep- it just means we are still too stupid to know what is good for us!
