Senate approves historic legislation to protect same-sex marriages

Are you saying the Black people were imbecile?

I thought this thread was about Gay people regardless of their race? Are you drunk AGAIN? Btw,.....Just so you know ,...Black people are more than capable of being just as big of imbeciles as anyone else.

Protected classes for places of public accommodation are: race, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation (including transgender status), national origin/ancestry, creed, marital status, and retaliation.

Could Nazi beliefs be considered a creed?

Creed (def):
a set of fundamental beliefs
I would not think so, but now I’m interested to know if it’s been challenged in court.

I am not drinking. And apparently you are too stoned to understand my point. I'll help you... that is if I can get through your haze.

Saying that gay people are imbecile for wanting the services that those business people do not want to give is akin to saying that the Black people during the Jim Crow laws were imbecile for wanting the services they did not want to provide them.

*Brushing off the weed fog* Hello? Did you get that?

I understand your point. Religious freedom does not require us to be consistent or even have religious views based on any particular doctrine. You may be the only person in the world whose religion requires you to worship chocolate.
Well, depending on the court, the definition of 'freedom' will be the debate.

I believe it is meant to give everyone the right to worship freely, not discriminate for religious purposes. But Red states are continuing to give carte blanche in the name of religion.

I already mentioned doctors/nurses who are free to refuse service to those they deem 'sinners'.

I believe the vax debate eventually came down to people not being allowed to demand religious exemption if their church hadn't come out against vaccination. Perhaps that was only in some states?

If someone wants to hide behind religious freedom in these cases, perhaps their entire life should be scrutinized to be sure they are truly 'religious'?

Unless they worship chocolate.

Everyone worships chocolate

Of course I get it,...always did. I guess I think differently than most and have more self respect. I wouldnt give the bastards that didnt want my business the satisfaction. In fact,...Id probably wipe my ass off on their front door on my way out.

I'm sure you would. I would just wipe my ass then throw the toilet paper in their general direction.

My wife says I have two separate personalities. Passive aggressive and just plain old aggressive.

Who doesn't worship chocolate!

I was bite ,worse infection ever
Untreated bites can end up in death. It's no joke.

My point is that people have no reason to fear spiders.

They have a reason to understand them, though. Take precautions. Whenever I'm in a dirt crawlspace, I put cardboard down first.

Ironic. Hate, like irrational fear of others, is learned behavior.

True to an extent. The animalistic nature of human beings brings with it the natural ability to hate along with other strong emotions. Who to hate and who to love are taught by the caregivers.

A two-year-old will shove a tooth pick in the eye of another two-year-old over a toy. That's not taught, that's natural anger. What's taught is not to hit other kids.
