Because some of the justices currently seated on it were not legitimately seated, you stupid bitch.
wrong, partisan fuckstick. your emotional cry fests do not mean that they were seated illegitimately.

and I expect your post seems normal to other half wits......
Well, depending on the court, the definition of 'freedom' will be the debate.
I believe it is meant to give everyone the right to worship freely, not discriminate for religious purposes. But Red states are continuing to give carte blanche in the name of religion.
I believe the vax debate eventually came down to people not being allowed to demand religious exemption if their church hadn't come out against vaccination. Perhaps that was only in some states?
If someone wants to hide behind religious freedom in these cases, perhaps their entire life should be scrutinized to be sure they are truly 'religious'?
Unless they worship chocolate.
Everyone worships chocolate
My wife says I have two separate personalities. Passive aggressive and just plain old aggressive.![]()
She probably hopes you get all your aggression out on JPP.

More trying to justify your homophobia

Untreated bites can end up in death. It's no joke.
My point is that people have no reason to fear spiders.
They have a reason to understand them, though. Take precautions. Whenever I'm in a dirt crawlspace, I put cardboard down first.
One Gacy is more than enuff! more trying to expand on your early stupidity......
I have had hundreds of MAGAs chained up in dark crawlspaces. You spend a lot of time in dirt crawlspaces do you? What are you burying down there btw?One Gacy is more than enuff!

Cope.
I struggle with being irrelevant, but at least I maintain an almost perfect record of meaningless chatter
I have had hundreds of MAGAs chained up in dark crawlspaces.
I let them out after the election.

Protected classes for places of public accommodation are: race, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation (including transgender status), national origin/ancestry, creed, marital status, and retaliation.
Could Nazi beliefs be considered a creed?
Creed (def): a set of fundamental beliefs
I can no longer remember who I'm talking to
SCOTUS let them march in Skokie so I'm guessing yes.
OTOH, left-handers aren't a protected class so we can all be thrown out of restaurants for eating with the wrong hand.![]()

The Skokie case was somewhat different. Their march was an exercise in free speech and did not conflict with any anti-discrimination laws. Some residents just objected and threatened violence. The required permit notified officials of the possible conflict so they could provide police protection.
I don't think the Nazis ever marched in Skokie.
I think you are right in that creed is a protected group--no group should be exempted from public accommodations laws.
I listened to the oral arguments for the case that refused to make a web site for gay weddings. An interesting point was that she didn't create a web site for each couple but simply provided a template and the couple entered their names, date, location, etc. She was not providing artistic or expressive work unique to each wedding.
