It's Germany. I'm not even an American lawyer, but I do see the logic in prosecuting all of those who helped make the death camp imprison and murder prisoners.
My problem with that is where do you draw the line? People who only worked at the camp? Those who worked and fed the camp personnel? The vendors who sold to the camp?
Now I'm just a poor old dumb Fla boy. But I just don't see what is accomplished trying a 97 yr old woman whose most serious crime was doing clerical work for and evil government 70+ yrs ago
