Yes it's quite self evident that as a created human i have rights from that creator. The Muslim god is not the same as the Christian God

It doesn't it says God created man and the DOI correctly makes that assertion that all men are created equal

You need to take a theology class. Anyone with any education on Theological history knows the Abrahamic God is the God of Christians, Muslims and Jews.

It is because Jesus is irrelevant to the discussion and it doesn't prove that this is a Christian nation.

He's very relevant. Jesus is God, God is the creator. What distinguishes christians from muzziez and jews is belief in Jesus. When referring to the creator it's referring to Jesus God and the holy spirit. Christian theology 101.

Islam does not believe in the Trinity, however the Christian Father of God is the same as the Jewish God and the same as the Islamic God.

Yes that they are created equal but men aren't equal. You're entitled to your God given rights like everyone else but we arent qual. You claimed men are equal. They aren't but we were created equally by God.

No that's incorrect. God is the father the son and the holy spirit. Three persons one nature. You learned this in all your theology classes didn't you?
