Corrupt judge allows lawsuit against Kyle Rittenhouse to proceed!!!

Who didn't understand the ammo and it's effects?

Rittenhouse. I don't think that testimony is going to help him in the civil trial. He did not know the difference between a hollow point bullet and a full metal jacket. Firing the weapon in a crowd without that knowledge is certainly an issue for a civil trial.

Of course he was an active shooter. I would be too if I had a gun and a lynch mob was chasing me down. Any reasonable person would be. Besides there's no point in arguing a moot outcome.

Is an active shooter a reasonable person? Any active shooter? Can any active shooter suddenly plead self defense if someone attacks him and tries to disarm him?

Let me count the ways. One, he was in possession of a firearm that he was not legally allowed to possess. He has admitted he did not understand the ammunition and what it would do. He fled the scene of a shooting that he was involved in. I could do this all day, but those seem like the most obvious. His negligence contributed to the deaths. He will have to compensate the victims for that negligence. He is screwed.

Rittenhouse tried to turn himself into the police immediately after the shooting and the cops told him to get lost!!!

Not only that, had the kid stayed home in his home state, no one would have been killed. The kid created the tragedy and brought trouble onto himself. He had no business being in Kenosha. It was NOT HIS fight.

Why was Kyle alone on those streets with a gun that night? Was he hunting? Why wasn't he back at the garage with his militia?

While he had a right be there, if someone went to into African-American gang territory at night and started screaming "Kill all black people!" or worse, wouldn't that be confrontational?

IMO, everyone out on those streets that night were looking for trouble. Some found it. Their motivations and responsibilities will, and should, be resolved in court.

I'm talking about your generic 'good guy with a gun' You seem to think that if they are killed by an active shooter, they deserved it. Rittenhouse WAS an active shooter. He had killed someone, he ran from that killing and still had the weapon with him.

To the bold: I don't where you deduce that from anything I said but you obviously misunderstood me.
Why do you continue to argue an already decided ssue?

He was actually amazingly accurate under the circumstances. Especially how he disarmed Grosskreutz.
Imagine how accurate he'd be as a trained Army sniper.

He didn't think Americans should have their property destroyed by angry rioters . He worked in Kenosha his dad lived there and he had friends there he felt responsibility to them. He is an American. The people he shot were all participating in a violent riot and were in the act of assaulting him. He had the right to defend himself. Had they not assaulted him they would have never been killed. Their own illegal behavior led to their own deaths..
