Corrupt judge allows lawsuit against Kyle Rittenhouse to proceed!!!

Thank you for pointing out that Conservatives and fascists share the commonality of thinking there must be an in-group of people the law protects but does not bind (Rittenhouse), and an out-group of people the law binds but does not protect (Rittenhouse's victims).

Ah yes, the videos. The ones that weren't allowed that showed him strutting around with his metal dick, yelling at protesters and provoking them? Those videos? Guess what? This is a civil trial so everything, including his state of mind that he posted he wanted to shoot ppl and his provocations, will be allowed.

If he has really supported a militia to murder Americans, my guess is that he'll do a lot of crying in prison.

Just like the criminal case. It was weak to begin with and as it went on the prosecution strengthened the defense's case.
I can see the same happening here. A successful countersuit.

What Gardner says is patently false. If Rittenhouse was legally on the streets so were the victims. This is an almost impossible case for Rittenhouse. His negligence is easily proven with a propensity of the evidence.

There was an earlier suggestion that Kyle counter-sue those making the wrongful death lawsuit. My guess is something like "He deserved to be shot!!"

Let me count the ways. One, he was in possession of a firearm that he was not legally allowed to possess. He has admitted he did not understand the ammunition and what it would do. He fled the scene of a shooting that he was involved in. I could do this all day, but those seem like the most obvious. His negligence contributed to the deaths. He will have to compensate the victims for that negligence. He is screwed.
