Corrupt judge allows lawsuit against Kyle Rittenhouse to proceed!!!

He won’t win a civil case idiot

Agreed. I'd bet money he won't. Too much evidence of wrongful death against him.

Here's the irony; all the video that his militia provided to his defense for the criminal trial will be used against him in the civil trial. Including all the video the judge disallowed in the first trial.

I deny your race card. I would have supported anyone of any color in rittenhouses position. I will not speak for the police, but this entire board should know how I feel about that. I do note that you desire to have all civilian gun carriers shot down by government just for carrying guns.

Then why do you hate Trayvon who was chased down by an armed man and murdered when he tried to protect himself?

Trayvon was a teenager visiting his dad who was chased down by a racist and murdered

In your idiot mind he had no right to try and save himself

Do you get the feeling that DumberthanMost is not much brighter than Kyle Rittenhouse?

I wonder if he can cry on demand. I'll bet he can.

It's absolutely astounding how ignorant he is. For example, his whining about Rittenhouse not being served legally.

"Except as otherwise expressly provided, service of summons upon an individual defendant shall be made
by leaving a copy of the summons with the defendant personally,
by leaving a copy at the defendant’s usual place of abode, with some person of the family or a person residing there, of the age of 13 years or upwards, and informing that person of the contents of the summons, provided the officer or other person making service shall also send a copy of the summons in a sealed envelope with postage fully prepaid, addressed to the defendant at his or her usual place of abode, or..."

He makes it so easy to call him a fucking moron. I almost feel guilty.

And the judge clearly states that Kyle was avoiding being served

That’s not legal to avoid being served
