Is a drag show free speech.

Yes… and hypocrisy abounds when it comes to the second amendment.

The eternal truth about any restrictions...any...is that the Second Amendment does not include any restrictions...none.

S.C interpretations do include restrictions, unconstitutionally.

The Bill of Rights is a misnomer, the first ten amendments to the Constitution are the bills of restricted rights.

lol.....I thought you said you were a lawyer.....did you think the courts applied the same standards to everything in the constitution?.....

Some on this forum have posted that they have seen evidence that he is a lawyer.

I have not and since the lawyers in my family use pristine grammar, syntax and sentence structure and he does not...

Proofreading is the last line of defense against errors or so my literature prof. told us (a non-elective for Engineering students).

These forums are read by children who are in dire need of pristine grammar.

When a political discussion turns to complaining from the grammar Karen’s, I know I won!

Both guaranteed by the Bill of Rights!

but by separate articles and with differing wording......

Article the third... Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Article the fourth... A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

there shall be no abridging the "freedom of speech".....in the same sentence with "the right of the people to peaceably assemble".......do you believe they are exactly equal?......did the writers?......

clearly to whom?.....because from here its obvious you are makings up to obscure the argument....I doubt even you thinks there is any simularity........

When does wearing a piece of cloth without wrappings that cover the legs become cross dressing? Is a kilt any different from a midi skirt? Both show the legs of the wearer.
Is a kaftan considered crossdressing since it has been traditional men's wear for centuries?

At what point does makeup cross the line into crossdressing? Eyeliner? lipstick? Based on this a concert by David Bowie would have been illegal in Florida.
