if you all "care" so much for the troops you would be in the streets now opposing this administrations continuing war in Afghanistan..funny how you just pick and choose which wars you're are going to oppose..
you lefties are as transparent as a ghost..
oh, and you all know this how? crystal ball or just because you all say so.
Jesus Christ, this is one of the times I would like to take some of these cowardly lefties and beat the living shit out of them. They care about our troops? My ass they do.

I didn't think this thread would be such a magnet for whiny Bush apologists.
"Mission accomplished," as they say...

On top of British intelligence saying that "the intel was being fixed around the policy," Colin Powell's aide being given a "chinese menu" of WMD evidence and then told to "make a case," Paul O'Neil testifying that Bush's attitude from the beginning was one of "go find me a way to do this" about invading Iraq, a bipartisan Senate committee concluding that pre-war intelligence was manipulated by the admin, etc., etc., etc.
Why do people work so hard to try to get the Bush admin off the hook? This was such an avoidable disaster, a completely unnecessary war. All they did was push it & sell it, at the behest of PNAC's goals for the world. People should be pissed, and this should be Bush's sole legacy.
yeah....fuck those people in africa, fuck the massive marine sanctuary he gave us in HI....
you're so partisan your mind can't grasp the world onceler, it can only grasp tiny particles of politics
EIGHT YEARS! EIGHT YEARS!!! And all you can find is money sent for AIDS in Africa and an aquarium.
Some bloody legacy that.
Anyone who REALLY thinks like that wouldn't even MAKE stupid!!!
How about more than 4000 American unnecessary deaths and countless thousands of Iraqi deaths and mutilations.
How about an almost total ruination of American credibility round the world.
um....i just named some stuff off the top of my head....and you're bouncing off the walls that this is "all i could find".....
wow...vacation is good

Did someone just call the 7-year war in Iraq, which killed 10's of thousands and created millions of refugees, a "tiny particle" in relation to the rest of the Bush Presidency?
And yeah; I guess the marine sanctuary & Iraq are relatively on par with each other.
Bush apologism is like a religion.
The Iraq war, the Katrina failure, pissing away the worlds good will after 911, vast amounts of debt and economic collapse are Bush's legacy. In the grand sweep of history no one will really remember NCLB or USA Patriot Act or his tax cuts, i.e. his biggest legislative accomplishments.Yet another voice in the choir:

Ignore him. He's a fool and an idiot. He's one of these types who thinks "My country right or wrong." with out really comprehending that such a belief is fundamentally un-American.Bravo's post is the kind of apologist nonsense I'm talking about.
