According the wikipedia the peabrain got her degree in Film Studies!!! HAHAHA. Anybody can do that. Colleges create silly majors like that just for blacks since they don't have the brains for useful but hard majors in STEM.

july 3 2023 Affirmative action was the only reason MSNBC’s Joy Reid attended Harvard, the anchor insisted on Thursday.

Reid made the point while appearing on “All In with Chris Hayes” to comment on the US Supreme Court ruling that affirmative action in college admissions violated the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause. While opposing the decision, Reid admitted that she benefited from affirmative action herself.

“I got into Harvard only because of affirmative action,” Reid said. “I went to a school no one had ever heard of in Denver, Colorado, in a small suburb. I didn’t go to Exeter or Andover. I didn’t have college test prep. I just happened to be really nerdy and smart and have really good grades and good SAT scores.”

She continued, “But someone came to Denver to look for me. A Harvard recruiter flew to Denver, and I met me up with her at the Village Inn Restaurant and did a pre-interview to pull me into Harvard. I was pulled in — affirmatively.”

The Supreme Court case arose after the accusation that Asian Americans students were being discriminated by being held to a higher standard compared to black or Hispanic students because of affirmative action. Several liberal personalities, however, have insisted that the decision will primarily benefit white students.

So are you saying that college major fields of study like drama, film, art, literature etc, are wholly and completely filled by black students?

No whites at all?

Or that they are majority black?

Doesn't seem likely to me.

I never said that you moron tranny. But the fact remains that colleges should teach STEM only. Problem is, there would be no blacks in college then. So the colleges create all these easy majors for the negroz though, of course, some whites take them too.

And you're still inferring it.

Also, if all colleges taught were STEM curriculums, the country's workforce would be so flooded with STEM graduates, there wouldn't be enough jobs to go around.

We'd have engineers and biologists and mathematicians working at McDonald's.

This is obviously stupid. Colleges should teach the humanities and arts along with business and STEM. What they should not do is subsidize, fund, or provide (except in rare cases of exceptional talent) scholarships in the liberal arts. There will always be Blacks in colleges and universities too because of one word: Athletics

I remember when going to university at the bookstore I didn't go to the cash register / checkout line but instead to a separate desk with a sign "Veterans." There was another section of this desk marked "Athletic programs." There, the worker would shove paperwork at me to fill out and go do something else until I was done. Anybody that's been in the military knows how to fill out a form correctly. They have tons of practice.
Over at the athletics line, there were a couple of workers helping the jocks (various races) fill out their forms as they apparently could barely read and write...

Wrong. If it was STEM only there would be no blacks in college and just a few women. It would be mostly men and few of those. Most people can't learn things like math or physics.

And so, in your "brilliant, genius level of reasoning", you think the reason why colleges should teach nothing but STEM is because very few people can do it.

Pretty interesting to see the partisan mindset at work. Those who don’t like the advantages of legacy admits can still only call out politicians they don’t like instead of saying people from all political stripes have benefitted from it.
