Based on the standard Mobster Smith listed in the faux indictment - SMITH is guilty of a felony. He knowingly lied to the Grand Jury by omitting the text of Trump's speech admonishing protestors to "peacefully and patriotically march to the capitol." In furthering this lie, Mobster Smith incited behavior that is likely to cause substantial harm to others - to wit Donald Trump through a bogus indictment.
