The appeals court only put the dissolution on hold. The court appointed receiver is still in charge of Trump's NY companies and Trump can't take money out of those companies or sell or dispose of any assets. The appeals aren't going to go well for Trump because the facts all point to fraud.

Of course it has been appealed. The problem is the appeal doesn't have much of a chance to succeed since the facts have already been ruled on by the lower court. Unless there is an error by the court, it won't be overturned. Appeals courts can only look at the record in the lower court. They can't accept arguments not made in the lower court.

It even lists the laws and court rulings that say the state of New York is legally allowed to sue Trump.
The funny thing is, there are millions of other businesses in NY that aren't being sued by the OAG because they didn't commit obvious fraud. I don't see any of them leaving NY.
