PROOF THAT DEREK CHAUVIN WAS NOT GUILTY OF KILLING GEORGE FLOYD

One thing is for certain--

If you are being strangled, asphyxiated, or otherwise have your breath / air way cut off you cannot speak or make noise with your voice. No air to do it with...

But you can speak if your blood supply to your brain is cut off or at least till you go unconscious.

They have Chauvin on tape, you fucking idiot. No mistaken identity. No false witnesses.

Innocent white people get convicted of crimes all the time because of media intimidation of judges and juries. Remember the McMichael father and son team who confronted that black thug named Armed Robbery in georgia a few years back.

Chauvin died of a cardiac arrest. You've got that much right. A cardiac arrest happens (in this case, at least) due to ventricular arythmia of the heart. In this case what happened is that the toxic dose of fentanyl he had in his system depressed ( his brain's respiratory centre (this meant that the rate and volume of air he could inspire was reduced). He was not suffocated or asphyxiated by the pressure of Chauvin's knee on his neck. This meant that Floyd's heart was progressively starved of oxygen. When a human heart is deprived of adequate oxygen like this, it starts to beat in an irregular way (this is called arythmia). All opioid/opiate drugs: morphine, oxycodone, heroin, dihydromorphone, and -in this case- fentanyl, when taken in excessive doses cause this to happen. Once the ventricles of the heart go into arrythmia, the heart stops beating very quickly. This is called cardiac arrest and it is naturally fatal.

If you watch the video of Floyd's death, you will note that his is alive one moment and the next he just quietly loses consciousness - i.e. he suddenly dies of cardiac arrest. People who are choked/strangulated/asphyxiated do not die like that. Chauvin could not possibly have known that Floyd was about to die of a cardiac arrest due to ventricular arrythmia caused by the fact he had over-dosed on fentanyl (he also had "methyl amphetamine" in his system which would also certainly made his development of the fatal ventricular arrythmias more likey, esp when mixed with fentanyl).

In short, you say: If Floyd was DYING of cardiac arrest..." Death by cardiac arrest is not a PROCESS. Cardiac arrest happens "in a second;" i.e. your heart just suddenly stops beating and you are toast (unless you can be revived by electrodes that shock your heart back into life; but that's unlikely to happen if you've got a shit-load of fentanyl still in your system).

Aren't you cute with your doctor's degree from a crackerjack box.
Chauvin failed to provide medical help in violation of his oath. Instead he knelt on Chauvin while he died.
Chauvin is guilty of manslaughter no matter the cause of death since his depraved indifference prevented help from being administered.

They think that hearsay evidence on what she says the doctor said will be enough to get the SCOTUS to hear this case? This is the Hail Mary of all Hail Mary passes I have seen on such a level. I just don't think this will be enough to overturn this. Now if the doctor himself came out and said that, it might be enough, however he stands by his autopsy report.

I wish I had a dollar for every time a murderer appeals his case!

The Supreme Court does not even have to hear this appeal.

Especially, since the State Supreme court has not even ruled on the case yet!

Some little wiener dog is getting out in front of his little wiener here!:whoa:

Before popping off like you are, I suggest you watch https://www.thefallofminneapolis.com/
It makes Floyds death very understandable and as for your inability to provide medical help, an ambulance was called for in under 40 seconds of the time Floyd was on the ground.
The whole thing was avoidable if Floys had complied. Personally, with his long record of mayhem, the city is far better off with his suicide by overdose.

You don't get sentenced to 21 years for manslaughter, Poor Dick. That black chief of police, the first ever I might add, was not going to commit suicide and say otherwise. There is no way that trial should ever had been held in Minneapolis, it should have been sent to another state.

New "bombshell" evidence prooves that Police Officer, Derek Chauvin, was not guilty of 2nd-degree manslaughter in the death of George Floyd. Chauvin, an innocent man, was sentenced to 22 1/2 years in prison.
There is no 'bombshell' evidence. The proof was already there. It exists in security camera video footage, the initial complaint records to 911 that brought the police to the scene, witnesses testifying and audio recordings of Floyd yelling "I can't breath!".
Chauvin's legal team are lodging an appeal with the SCOTUS.
Though they do not know if the SCOTUS will take on the case.
Since the case is not against the United States, it is a bit of a crap shoot.
If Chauvin's appeal was upheld by the SCOTUS, it could likely trigger large-scale, Black rioting across America.
That it would.
It is a fact that Chauvin was rail-roaded and ought not have been convicted for Floyd's death. Floyd died of cardiac arrest from a fentanyl overdose, NOT suffocation/asphyxia, and now there is water-tight proof of the fact.
There always was. The effects of fentanyl overdose is well known.
Still, the SCOTUS have a history of not taking on cases that may cause civil upheaval (in this case Black rioting) because they are too "frightened and spineless" to do the right thing in seeing that justice is served.
True. They are cowards after all. Yet despite this, rulings by the Supreme Court have resulted in war.
Derek Chauvin's conviction for the manslaughter of George Floyd (a criminal drug dealer and all-round LOW-LIFE) was an outrageous miscarriage of justice. Chauvin is a young man, serving 22 1/2 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.
Indeed. Chauvin was convicted for doing his job as a police officer.
WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE FOR YOURSELF
No need. I already know. The effects of fentanyl overdose are well known.

.

Chauvin did what he was supposed to do. Floyd was dying of a drug overdose and might have hurt himself in his death throes. Chauvin followed MNPD rules and in this case that was the right thing. Floyd would have died anyway since the medics did not get there in time.
