I didn’t comment on the article in the OP because I didn’t read it. The subject is one that has come up nationally and after reading other responses showing (National) comments I made the response I did. Admittedly I was in a pretzel this morning with a couple of the moves Tony Horton had me doing (if you’re familiar with P90X) but my post was a straight forward observation on the header.
Let me stop you there..... p90X? Bring it!!! Do your best and forget the rest. Have you got tickets to the show?? (Hopefully you are talking about the original.)
I met Tony Horton when I did my first mud run about ten years ago. He was the 'honorary starter', but unlike a lot of celebrities that lend their name to these events, Horton was at the starting line for every single group that went off, shaking hands, talking to everyone. I love his approach, I did P90X three times. Anyway, when I did P90X, not too long after I had Graves disease, it helped me get in shape and lose a ton of weight. So I am most definitely familiar. Also did Insanity. BTW, Horton is about 5'8 on a good day. I towered over the guy.
So much for my diversion. You know I respect your viewpoint, so you're cool with me
EDIT: My first mud run was EIGHTEEN YEARS AGO. Damn, I'm getting old
