It’s not a criminal case, dimwit. The Amendment is silent on level of proof such as “beyond a reasonable doubt” in criminal matters or even “preponderance of the evidence” in civil.

The Big Lie has been proved to be a Big Lie by his own people testifying. Notice that all of the JPP MAGAts are too dim witted to pick up on that part. They only see what they want to see. It's a good reason to suspect most of them are in a "home" for the demented.

Proving the claimed conduct applies to any case. If Trump is to be disqualified for engaging in insurrection the court would first need to find that he did. The difference from a criminal case is the evidence required, a mere preponderance rather than beyond a reasonable doubt.

Trump’s campaign hired not one, but two companies to find fraud, neither did. Trump ignores anything he doesn’t like, like the E. Jean verdict and the NYC fraud case. He keeps declaring, “I didn’t do anything wrong”

A jury heard all the evidence and found he defamed her (twice) after he sexually assaulted her.
