Fani Willis' lover Nathan Wade takes the stand, details trips with DA

She looked like an idiot . She didn't even know what the term Hostile Witness legally meant. I'm sure you absolutly love her.
I'm sure she does...I can't wait to see other support for her this morning...
I hope she's got lots of cash under her bed...she's going to be out a job...for quite sometime...she made a complete fool of herself (and the court) on National TV...

He is being paid $200/hr which is less than half of what he has shown to historically bill out and about half of what any quality lawyer charges in that district. Other lawyers they approached for this job said no due to the low pay and lot of work that it would require.

Other D.A's in other districts (including white ones) have also hired him as a special prosecutor and paid him that much or more.

He has done the bulk of work and hours in getting the massive success in the case so far, which has had to cover more than 20 defendants and resulted in several pleading guilty already. And done so at a fraction of the budget Jack Smith has spend in not yet get any verdict.
Watch the show...let's revisit your remarks when they're disqualified...

Do you ever put an argument together or is at always bare assertion, i.e., blather, like the above?

She will not be disqualified as they have not even attempted to show a single factual thing yet that is part of the statute that qualifies for disqualification.

The only arguments being made are 'you broke HR policy and had a consensual affair'.

This is yet another thing you will end up wrong on.

If the judge does anything, i think he might disqualify him from the case, but make it clear it is not due to any established wrong doing but a matter of optics. The 'perception' of it.

As with everything else in the news,
facts are totally irrelevant to this story.

We'll choose to believe whatever produces the end result that we want.

As always in modern America, we've zero consensus in
what we believe,
about what we care,
and what results we want.

I personally believe that the left is more aware of this
because the right tends to live in more of a like-minded bubble
and believes that the left is a small fringe
rather than at least half of the country.

Why are facts in this story irrelevant?

The tapes of the hearing are going to be a tutorial on how not to behave in a courtroom...

I just explained it.
People will only believe what supports their point of view.

Further, even if we believe things that don't support our point of view,
we won't care.

We both believe different things and we care about different things.

And we certainly want different results.

These are all characteristics of a seriously divided nation.

Americans are NOT all the same,
and usually,
the "other side"
is much bigger than any of us wants to believe.

Have you been watching the proceedings? It's all about facts and lies.

Black and White.. if you give someone in your family a large amount of cash don't you have a receipt for where it came from?

you cant hire your boyfriend.

fani is fucked.

Except you can.

There is NOTHING in Georgia law or in the Barr ethics that says you cannot and in fact they explain, in most instances, thru HR policy how it can and should be done.
