You don't get to 'decode'. The NATO Treaty speaks for itself.Magats continue to be stupid so will decode this for them.
The funding that is owed is the spending on their own defense and weapons for the collective defense of NATO nations, and for staffing NATO itself. See Articles 3, 5, and 9 of the NATO Treaty.France and Germany meeting Nato obligations ONLY MEANS they would spend more of their budget on their own defense and weapons. There is no fund to be paid or debt owed.
Ukraine is NOT a NATO nation. Spending on Ukraine is NOT a NATO defense.Since the Russia War on Ukraine, France and Germany, and the rest of the EU have supplied the bulk of CASH to Ukraine. America has sent the most weapons but France, Germany and the rest of EU have given the most cash.
Irrelevant. Nothing to do with NATO.That CASH helps Ukraine far more to fight Russia, than France and Germany upping their troops and spending on their military. So in a time of extreme budget pressures, such as Putin's war has created in Europe it is far more strategic for France and Germany to prioritize giving Ukraine cash.
Irrelevant. Nothing to do with NATO.If the EU was going to fight in Ukraine, and defend them that way, you could argue then spending that money on their own military would make more sense, but that is not the case.
So you're gonna derp again, Kewpie.
