Not possible. The orders have to be fulfilled immediately. Because otherwise someone might make them. The Oklahoma school board just circumvented the bidding process by writing the bid request such that literally only one vendor could fulfill the bid. You don't have to believe me, despite the fact that I process NDA's over and over and over for many companies I have worked for. They are extremely common and quite legal.

SOMETIMES, SOME applications of NDA's are illegal. Not all.

My understanding is that the bill hasn't been passed nor signed into law yet.

I'm not sure on that, but this appeared to be a rushed proposal. This is a directive from the state board, so I am not sure what legal effect that has. Weird state. I wonder why they elected that liberal James Lankford to the Senate.

Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of murder for shooting in self-defense a man "armed" with a skateboard. The insurrectionists, terrorists and traitors were armed with metal poles they brought with them as "flagpoles". Others ripped apart barriers or otherwise used them as weapons.

Additionally, a violent mob itself is a weapon. Had I been in charge, Babbitt wouldn't have been the only one shot. The Capitol Police showed a lot of restraint. Marines would not have been so generous.
