Count & report heavy Dem areas first

Good to see that you Tim share the same name with Tampon Tim
Excellent for I am all in for women having the only say over their own bodies. Not a bunch of stupid white dudes with a keep em barefoot and pregnant mentality. I am pro Roe V Wade and pro women's rights. Being called Tampon Tim is not an insult but quite the opposite. Thanks for the compliment.

and it can take some AMERICANS voting rights away.
If a mail in ballot has a LEGAL US post office stamp on it of 11.59 PM an election day it SHOULD be counted.
If there are any questions about it it should be put aside and investigated.
Almost every state has a cutoff date that has been publicly announced well before the election for mail-in ballots. This is done to try and ensure every ballot is returned by election day. The state doesn't want late ballots showing up for a week or more after the election because that would delay the count and results significantly.

Your idea is idiotic, and only a few red, Democrat run, states even consider doing it. It has created massive problems in the past.

What does "...red, Democrat run, states..." mean?

Some states have inner security envelopes with other info. Whereas that envelope isn't opened until counting, the info on said envelope is checked. Perhaps for privacy concerns, all info is on the inner envelope?

Yes, that's how ours is. You fill out the ballot, put it in the privacy envelope. The only part visible then is the unique voter number assignd to that ballot and to you. The outer envelope is signed and that is verified against your sig on record. If there is a problem, then they will open the outer envelope and use the unique # to contact you. Otherwise, it isn't opened until election day. Your unique # is checked off again and the ballot fed into the tabulator machine. Workers are both videotaped and watched by other election staff. It is perfectly safe. If someone were to steal ballots from mailboxes and try to submit them, it wouldn't work. 1) they wouldn't know what name that unique # is assigned to. 2) They couldn't match the signatures. 3) More than one vote from that unique number would be flagged and caught.

Trump is a convicted felon! 34 times and counting!

That's one of the reasons they are voting for him. They want a convicted felon to enforce the laws of the nation. These sleuths can detect when someone has broken the law to get into America but they can't detect 34 felonies in a court of law.

Besides: identifying evildoers is easy for Maga.

Melanin levels are directly proportional to crime in their world so it saves a LOT of time.

Ok. For starters, how about kicking off the ballot a sitting ("sharp as a tack") president who was (voted for in the primary) running for reelection and installing a candidate of only a few donor's selection?

He chose not to run. We should force ppl who don't want to run to do it anyways? WTF.

The parties used to choose the candidates via delegates to their conventions; there were no primaries. You did not know this?

I agree some what with your first statement but not the last .
Ballots in most states can not be counted till after the polls are closed on election day and as it has been in a lot of states for years ballots that are stamped as being mailed on election day up until 11.59 PM are counted when they come in. If the time stamp is after that time they are not counted and it has worked just fine for years until Trump started his lie about elections being " RIGGED"

Joe Biden decided that he did not want to run for re-election.

HE DECIDED.

So the delegates to the convention had to choose someone else...and did.

What is your problem with that?

Looks like the Democrats took away AMERICANS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT of the people to vote in their primary (even after they voted on and selected their candidate).
They did not.

You seem to think that the Democrats had an obligation to insist that Joe Biden run.

They didn't.

He was free to choose not to run...and that is what he did.

Doesn't change what I said. California allows what you want right now. Ballots filter in for a week or more after the election and are counted. In close races, the winner isn't declared for as much as a month after the election. In 2008, in Obama's first election, in Orange County and the surrounding area, long a Republican stronghold in California, 4 of 5 state representative races were reversed due to late ballots, some arriving two weeks after the election, with Democrat candidates winning by tiny, razor thin margins. Weirdly, virtually all of the late ballots were cast for those Democrat candidates.

He was in it to win it until he was pushed under the bus by the elites.

There are primaries now. If there weren't, would Trump be the GOP nominee?

For starters, how about objecting to the Harris nomination because and only because Biden would have been easier to defeat? For finisher, the "installed" candidate was "installed" by a party convention, the way candidates have been "installed" historically.

I really don't GIVE A SHIT.
IF the ballot has a post office time stamp on them for election day or earlier they should be counted.
Most of the time ballots counted days after election day are NOT going to change the out come of the election from what was announced on election night.

Imagine the idiocy of believing that the trial wasn't politically motivated and rigged.
There was evidence presented to a grand jury they voted that evidence was enough to charge Trump with breaking the law.
A court jury heard the same evidence and found him guilty.
Apparently the evidence was enough to put him in jail for breaking the law.

Even if the state has a publicly set deadline prior to the election and everyone should be aware of that because it was widely disseminated? What's wrong with, If you don't mail your ballot back by (date), it won't count? Are you saying that people who are irresponsible and can't follow instructions should be coddled for their ignorance and stupidity?
