They did. They took away the right of the Democrats to choose
an alternate candidate to run in Biden's place. Having the people
vote for their choice of candidate is how it's been done in the past

voted in the primary as the Democrat's candidate.

a meeting between Obama, Pelosi and Shummer. All of a sudden,
Joe quits and Harris is thrust into becoming the queen bee of the
whole damn hornet's nest The lowest rated VP in history suddenly
becomes Cinderella.

Yes. It was his (influenced) choice. He would have lost anyway.
 
They can count the ballots whenever they want to for all I care. They re STILL going to come out the same anyway,...MORE of them for Trump. He ends up with EXACTLY 312 EC votes.

So? Can you prove fraud? California is basically a mail voting state. Every registered voter gets a ballot mailed to them. Do you understand what a burden that puts on USPS?

What about recounts in any state? Would you deny any and all recounts because they don't hand you an instant result?

Simple solution: count & report the heaviest Dem areas first, so Kamala takes a huge lead. Even if she loses, it's fine - it will turn out the same in the end. But if Trump takes any kind of lead early, it's going to be all of the cloak & dagger/shipping ballots in during the dark of the night conspiracy stuff from MAGA.

We have to adjust how we do things to cater to their myopic understanding of how things work.

It's good to point out the political naivte of MAGA morons, but sparsely populated rural counties are going to be finished counting their votes long before Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit are finished. I don't think it's realistic to have a law ordering rural jurisdictions to not report their results before cities are done.
