There was evidence presented to a grand jury they voted that evidence was enough to charge Trump with breaking the law.
A court jury heard the same evidence and found him guilty.
Apparently the evidence was enough to put him in jail for breaking the law.

So what? The grand jury process is one-sided in favor of the prosecutor. That's true everywhere in the US.

The judge ruled against the defense presenting expert witnesses, and then in jury instructions violated New York rules of court while ignoring the law to allow jurors to decide on nothing but their opinion that Trump had committed some unnamed, previous felony--for which he was never tried or convicted as required by law--and find him guilty.

Apparently, the prosecutor who campaigned on getting Trump, and judge didn't care about the legalities just getting a conviction.

Simple solution: count & report the heaviest Dem areas first, so Kamala takes a huge lead. Even if she loses, it's fine - it will turn out the same in the end. Almost every state has a cutoff date that has been publicly announced well before the election for mail-in ballots. This is done to try and ensure every ballot is returned by election day. The state doesn't want late ballots showing up for a week or more after the election because that would delay the count and results significantly.
