Trump was responsible for helping the creation of TWO COVID vaccines in record breaking time. Biden benefited from that and by the fact that viruses tend to get less lethal over time because the more lethal strains die out with their hosts. That promoted less lethal forms of the virus. More people died from COVID during the Biden administration than during the Trump administration.

He still gave unscripted pressers with a sense of humor.

That is not quite accurate, Pfizer/BioNTech, British companies, developed the Covid vaccine, and not with any help fro the US Government.

Trump created the program to deliver the vaccine, however, if you remember the debacle with his testing program and Covid supplies, States were buying their own supples overseas, it wasn’t practical in application. When Trump left office in 2021there didn’t even exist enough vaccine to serve government employees in DC. When Biden took over he nationalized the effort and used the power of the Federal Government to deliver the vaccine
