Yes on rounded up. MAGAts will agree with anything their messiah says, but it's not rocket science to recognize most business owners would simply round everything up. The most obvious being the gas pump. When the amount rolls past a number ending in zero, it will go to 0.05, not stay the same until it hits 0.03. Only demented Orange Jesus supporters would believe a business owner isn't thinking business first.
