What makes these stats such BS is both Bush's and Reagan maintained homes apart from the White House. There is evidence that both Bush's worked from their homes while visiting them...total fucking fail crispy!

When "FACTS" are presented as to just how much time the Shrub spent on vacation, Southy submits a generalized speculation as if it were fact. As I suspected previously, Southy actually did buy into those PR vids of the Shrub clearing brush off of his "ranch"...and considers THAT "presidential" work. :palm:

And the unspoken question is, IMO, why does he have to move his entourage and everything else thousands of miles away, numerous times during the year, and then claim it's a "working vacation". Why didn't he take the helicopter to Camp David if he needed to get away and "work"?

Oh that's right, he did. He spent all or part of 487 days at Camp David, in addition to the time he spent in Crawford.

Where's the outrage over this? You know, like the outrage that Pelosi demanded a 200-seat jet to travel to CA on taxpayer money, even though that was shown to be a lie. Some of these righty taxpayers only whine when it's the opposition party getting the perks.

As the chronology of the posts shows, I DID NOT assert that all the Shrub did was trim bush (man, that's an opening for a lot of low brow jokes, but I'll pass)....I just pointed out how the FACT that was the PR released to the general public on occasion. To date, YOU cannot provide proof of your assertion that EVERY time the Shrub went on vacation that it was a "working" vacation. That is what YOU stated.....I NEVER denied the Shrub did have working vacations (AS THE WHITE HOUSE PRESS TOLD THE PUBLIC WHEN HE DID), but I don't have proof all of them were.

Bottom line: the subject title of this thread was proven wrong by the facts Christie produced. End of story.
