This is incorrect. Activist judges should not have the power to act as political executives and legislators.

They don't and never did have that power. Such rulings can be ignored and the judge attempting such can be impeached and removed from office.

That is, they should not be able to make law out of thin air nor should they be able to set the nation's political policy and agenda. That's what they're doing more and more of.

And such should be impeached and removed from office AND disbarred.
