Leave it to MAGA morons to cheer:cheer: for their Messiah without understanding the basic facts at play.

Alcatraz is a dilapidated and crumbling relict that makes money for the federal government as a tourist attraction, and it doesn't have the capacity to house more than a few hundred prisoners.
Trump is talking about bulldozing it, building a new prison complex.....which is not going to happen.

That Trump adores the Godfather movies has long been well known. I am reminded of Andrei Martyanov saying often that the only thing the American Generals know about war is what they have seen in the movies, which is generally not realistic....what Andrei is saying is that they are sure they know what they are doing, but they dont.....at all.

Increasingly it looks like we have the same problem with Trump.

IMO it is time for SOMEBODY to invoke the 25th Amendment.
Trump has gone off the deep end that is for sure.
I think the game is to keep giving Trump rope and let him hang himself and MAGA. This counter revolution was always very iffy, I never had much hope that Trump/MAGA would save us.....but I have even less hope now than I did a few months ago.

WOKE is a Death Cult.....burning America to the ground so that UTOPIA can spring from the smoldering ashes via magic was always the plan....leaving Trump in as America is destroyed so that they can blame it all on Trump/MAGA is consistent. After that we are all to be enslaved.

MAGA isn't a person, Sybil.

So it's dilapidated. It can be modernized. It's already owned by the federal government (as you correctly point out).
