Politicians in Mexico would probably be glad to get rid of the cartels. Though it might cut their personal income.I could care less what mexico thinks. The cartels must go...we have the ability to bring them justice...tine to do just that

Nope.Gotta link for that, I mean a reliable, non-biased one?
I'm not OK with even one drug overdose from Mexican drugs but American drugs are just as much of a scourge.
Nope. Why?Are you seriously worried about that?

A sharp exchange of statements over the weekend has heightened concerns in Mexico that Donald Trump may push for a US military presence in its territory to fight drug trafficking.
I agree the thought that Mexico would attack us is stupid. We would obliterate them.Nope. Why?
I agree the thought that Mexico would attack us is stupid. We would obliterate them.Nope. Why?Are you seriously worried about that?I wonder how the US would react if Mexico started droning US citizens. Its about time. The Cartels are nothing but terror groups and should be treated as such. Drone their asses from top to bottom. Destroy them and their camps. Blow them all to hell . Send Delta in to rip those bastards right out of their beds in the middle of the night and drag them off to Guantanamo. Its where they belong,....either dead or in prison.A sharp exchange of statements over the weekend has heightened concerns in Mexico that Donald Trump may push for a US military presence in its territory to fight drug trafficking.
The Mexican president, Claudia Sheinbaum, sought to defuse the situation in her daily press conference on Monday, emphasising that communication between the two leaders had been “very good” so far.
But the episode underlined the fraught path that Sheinbaum is navigating, as she attempts to placate Trump and protect the US-Mexico trade relationship while also defending Mexican sovereignty.

So get America to take control of their own border and stop the guns and cash that goes in to Mexico to pay for the drugs that then come out.Illicit Fentanyl and Mexico’s Role
As a primary source of, and transit country for, illicit drugs destined for the United States, Mexico is a key collaborator in U.S. drug control policy. Historically, reducing the supply of Mexico-produced heroin and methamphetamine and the northbound flow of South American cocaine were the primary goals of U.S. counternarcotics policy toward Mexico. Around 2019, Mexico reportedly replaced the People's Republic of China (PRC, or China) as the primary source of U.S.-bound illicit fentanyl, a synthetic opioid, and fentanyl analogues.....
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimate that synthetic opioids (primarily fentanyl-related substances) may have resulted in more than 61,800 U.S. overdose deaths between August 2023 and July 2024.

I didn't say "attack" us, just take out US citizens they don't like.I agree the thought that Mexico would attack us is stupid.
Might doesn't make right. We would obliterate them.
Indeed, Stone…indeed! Its about time. The Cartels are nothing but terror groups and should be treated as such. Drone their asses from top to bottom. Destroy them and their camps. The literally KILL our citizens with their drugs,...a lot of them our KIDS. All for money,....BLOOD money in fact. Its all they care about, money....meanwhile hundreds of thousands die and lives get ruined. They don't deserve our mercy ,...they FULLY deserve our vengeance and JUSTICE though.Indeed, Stone…indeed!
I'm not arguing anything actually,....All I know is if the Cartels were either dead or in prison both our country and their c ountry would be much better places. So,......GET IT DONE Mr President,....time to get it done. You seem to be arguing that because the U.S. is stronger militarily, it's fine if -they- drone Mexican citizens, but if Mexico were to do it, they'd be obliterated. You're not arguing that might means right, are you?
The literally KILL our citizens with their drugs,
...a lot of them our KIDS. All for money,
Well, if Trump did invade Mexico, I'm sure there is a federal district court judge that would rule against him...
No, that part was a good idea. The problem comes when judges think they can make up law as the go (aka ruling from the bench). That's what we're seeing right now, and that's what the problem is.GRRRRRR Judicial Branch. The founding fathers were pretty stupid to make a 3-branch government. But then they never knew there would come a day when America would elect a man like Donald J. Trump. They could have put a "sunset clause" in for the Legislative and Judicial branches. They seem pretty extraneous right now.
