You seem to be arguing that because the U.S. is stronger militarily, it's fine if -they- drone Mexican citizens, but if Mexico were to do it, they'd be obliterated. You're not arguing that might means right, are you?

Well, if Trump did invade Mexico, I'm sure there is a federal district court judge that would rule against him...
GRRRRRR Judicial Branch. The founding fathers were pretty stupid to make a 3-branch government. But then they never knew there would come a day when America would elect a man like Donald J. Trump. They could have put a "sunset clause" in for the Legislative and Judicial branches. They seem pretty extraneous right now.

No, that part was a good idea. The problem comes when judges think they can make up law as the go (aka ruling from the bench). That's what we're seeing right now, and that's what the problem is.
